Embedded Development Team Lead (f/m/d)

We are looking for an Embedded Development Team Lead (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks
  • Team Lead of the embedded hard and software development
  • Managing requirements, designs, specifications
  • Interdisciplinary coordination with other departments to incorporate their requirements into the development process
  • Roadmap planning
  • Support the purchasing process for required hardware and parts
Your qualifications
  • Analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in embedded software development in C/C++
  • Affinity for hardware and electronics which are designed/developed inhouse
  • Ability to discuss and design new software and potentially hardware with the team
  • Interest in standards and norms related to e-mobility (e.g. 61851, calibration law, EMC standards etc.) and ensure that the development team is complying to these norms.
  • Knowledge of low level bus protocols and hardware interfaces like (UART, RS485 HD and FD, I2C, SPI,WS28, Modbus…)
  • Experience with tools like LabView, Logic Analyzers or oscilloscopes
