Charging park

A charging park (also known as a charging hub) is a publicly accessible facility for charging electric cars.

So-called fast charging parks are more and more emerging along the motorways, often operated by energy providers.

Charging parks are usually displayed in charging apps.

Probably the largest charging park in Germany at the moment is the one at Hilden junction between motorways A3 and A46 in North Rhine-Westphalia. 114 fast and normal charging points are planned to be installed on an area of around 12,000 square meters.
