Your tasks
- Overall management of production
- Organization of cooperation between all production sites and service providers
- Independent detailed planning and control of production orders and capacities
- Organization of all preparation or post-processing processes for on-time provision of the products
- Permanent optimization of production and process flows
- Actively helping to shape our growth
- Responsible for compliance with standards
Your qualifications
- Completed master craftsman training and/or studies in the field of electrical engineering or similar
- 5 years of professional experience with at least a team management position
- Willingness to work independently and on your own responsibility
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
