Your tasks
- You are responsible for the “heart” of our product, the development of our C++ software on an embedded Linux system.
- You have a decade of solid experience developing maintainable and scalable software, place a high value on software structure, and always have the big picture in mind.
- You communicate as part of a team and across teams with other teams (cloud team, AI team) and have worked in self-managed scrum teams.
- You have a passion for clean code and are confident with software design and architecture patterns, as well as the standard template library that helps you structure software.
- In your development work you create automated tests with Catch2, work with CMake and standard CI/CD tools.
- You are used to working with Gitlab/GitHub on a daily basis.
- If you like to work with soldering iron and oscilloscope – all the better!
Your qualifications
- You are an experienced C/C++ developer, especially in C++20
- You have a passion for clean code as well as maintainable and scalable software
- You have very good knowledge in the following areas:
- C++20 cross-platform development with CMake
- Software structuring
- Multithreaded applications
- Standard Template Library
- You have good knowledge in Linux
- You communicate actively in the team and across teams
Advantageous
- Working with Docker, MQTT, Amazon AWS
- Experience with oscilloscope and soldering iron as well as embedded controllers
